At KickAss Products, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
